Brand and media use policy

Purpose
The Texas Asiatic Archery (“TAA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Brand & Media Use Policy protects the identity, reputation, and intellectual property of our organization. This policy establishes how our name, logos, photographs, videos, educational materials, and other branded content may be used.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all content created, published, or distributed by Texas Asiatic Archery is the property of Texas Asiatic Archery or is used under license.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The name Texas Asiatic Archery
The abbreviation TAA
Logos, wordmarks, and graphic assets
Website content
Educational materials
Course materials
Articles and written publications
Event graphics
Photographs and videos
Social media content
Marketing materials
Use of Our Name
The Texas Asiatic Archery name may not be used to advertise, promote, market, or identify another organization, event, class, competition, product, or service without prior written permission.
Use of our name must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or approval unless expressly authorized.
Logos and Visual Identity
Our logos, branding, graphics, and visual identity may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or displayed without prior written permission.
Organizations and individuals may not incorporate any Texas Asiatic Archery branding into their own promotional materials, merchandise, websites, or marketing.
Photographs and Video
Photographs and videos taken by or for Texas Asiatic Archery remain the property of Texas Asiatic Archery unless otherwise noted.
Our photographs and videos may not be used to promote another organization, event, business, or commercial activity without written permission.
Member, Instructor, and Volunteer Likeness
The names, photographs, videos, or likenesses of our owners, instructors, volunteers, members, students, or participants may not be used to imply endorsement, participation, sponsorship, or affiliation with another organization or event without both:
the individual’s consent, and
written approval from Texas Asiatic Archery.
Educational Content
Educational materials, course content, instructional resources, graphics, and written publications produced by Texas Asiatic Archery may not be reproduced, redistributed, republished, or incorporated into other instructional programs without prior written permission.
Permission Requests
Requests to use the Texas Asiatic Archery name, branding, logos, photographs, videos, or educational materials should be submitted in writing through our contact information listed on this website.
Permission may be granted, denied, or limited at the sole discretion of Texas Asiatic Archery.
Enforcement
Texas Asiatic Archery reserves the right to request the removal or correction of any unauthorized use of its name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, educational materials, or other protected content.
Failure to comply may result in Texas Asiatic Archery pursuing any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
