Shipping & local pick-up policy

Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority. The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise noted. 

  • We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.

  • Shipping is only available in the United States.

International shipping disclaimer 

Shipping outside of the United States is not available.

Delivery timing

All orders will be shipped within 1- 2 days after an order is placed. USPS does not process packages on Sunday or on federal holidays.

If you place an order on Sunday, Texas Asiatic Archery will process your order the following day and your package will be shipped within 1 - 2 days.

If you place an order on any of the following federally recognized holidays, Texas Asiatic Archery will process your order the following day and your package will be shipped within 1 - 2 days.

  • U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Texas Asiatic Archery does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines, please order well in advance.

Shipping Terms

Texas Asiatic Archery is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Texas Asiatic Archery cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. 

Local pick-up

Local pick-up is only available in Austin, TX. 

  • Local pick-up location and time will be determined by both the purchaser and Texas Asiatic Archery.

For all orders, where local pick-up is indicated, send an email to hello@texasasiaticarchery.com to arrange a location and time in Austin, TX.

If local pick-up was selected in error and the shipping address is outside of Austin, TX, an invoice will be sent with the shipping cost based on the shipping address. Once the invoice is paid, Texas Asiatic Archery will begin processing the order.
