Purpose

Texas Asiatic Archery (“TAA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values transparency regarding our relationships with individuals, organizations, businesses, and event organizers. This policy explains when an affiliation with Texas Asiatic Archery may be publicly represented.

Official Partnerships

An organization or individual may represent a relationship with Texas Asiatic Archery only after receiving prior written approval from an authorized representative of Texas Asiatic Archery.

Discussions, meetings, expressions of interest, verbal conversations, or ongoing negotiations do not constitute approval.

No Implied Affiliation

No individual or organization may state or imply that Texas Asiatic Archery:

• Sponsors an event

• Partners with an event or organization

• Endorses a product or service

• Supports an activity

• Will attend or participate in an event

• Will provide instructors or demonstrations

• Has approved an event or organization

unless written authorization has been provided.

Promotional Materials

Texas Asiatic Archery’s name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, instructors, members, or other identifying information may not appear in promotional materials without prior written approval.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Event flyers

• Registration platforms

• Ticketing websites

• Event schedules

• Sponsor lists

• Websites

• Social media posts

• Press releases

• Advertising

• Printed marketing materials

Announcements

Organizations may not publicly announce or advertise a partnership, collaboration, sponsorship, or affiliation with Texas Asiatic Archery until written authorization has been received.

Approval for one event or project does not authorize future use.

Revocation of Permission

Texas Asiatic Archery reserves the right to withdraw permission to reference our organization if circumstances change or if the representation no longer reflects the agreed relationship.

Upon receiving written notice, affected promotional materials must be updated or removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Reporting Unauthorized Representation

If Texas Asiatic Archery becomes aware of an unauthorized or misleading representation of affiliation, we may request that the organization promptly remove or correct the representation.

Enforcement

Texas Asiatic Archery reserves the right to request the removal or correction of any unauthorized use of its name, logo, branding, photographs, media, or representations of affiliation.

Failure to comply may result in Texas Asiatic Archery pursuing any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
